Terms & Conditions – Antalya Transfer Service
1. Payment must be made before the vehicle departs.
Alternatively, you can make your payment by credit card through our secure payment system when
making your reservation.
2. In cases where a reservation is made by telephone, the reservation is subject to our terms and
conditions and must be accepted by the customer.
3. If two or more persons are included in the same reservation, the person making the reservation
acts on behalf of all members of the party and accepts these booking conditions on behalf of each
member.
4. Antalya Transfer Service may provide its services as an agent through operators other than
Antalya Transfer Service while ensuring that the quality of service remains the same.
5. The confirmation email is your reservation. It must be presented to the driver or representative for
both outbound and return journeys.
6. The pickup and drop-off addresses shown on your ticket are the addresses where you will be
collected and dropped off. If you wish to change these or any other details, you must notify us in
writing by email or fax at least 3 days before the travel date. Any changes to a reservation may be
subject to additional charges.
7. Customers have the right to cancel their reservation by email or phone.
7.1 More than 12 hours before the transfer: 100% refund
7.2 Less than 6 hours before the transfer: 50% charge
7.3 Less than 3 hours before the transfer: no refund
8. Customers are limited to two pieces of luggage, including one golf bag.
9. Antalya Transfer Service reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated or dangerous
passengers.
10. No weapons, drugs, or animals allowed.
11. Smoking is prohibited.
12. No liability for delays beyond control. Insurance applies, but personal belongings are passenger
responsibility.
13. Service may be affected by external factors (weather, traffic, police, etc.).
14. If service fails, alternative transport will be provided.
15. Late Arrivals:
15.1 Flight delays may affect pickup.
15.2 Driver waits up to 1 hour.
15.3 Each passenger allowed 1 hand + 1 checked luggage.

17. Consumer rights remain valid.
