DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This agreement is prepared in accordance with the Regulation on Distance Contracts dated 27.11.2014 and other applicable legislation for services sold via the internet.

The real or legal person who purchases services via the website, based on the information provided during reservation.

SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of transfer, transportation, and related services offered electronically by Antalya Transfer Service.

Services may include:
- Airport transfers
- Hotel transfers
- City transportation
- Business travel transfers
- Chauffeur-driven vehicle services
- Tour and event transportation

GENERAL TERMS

1. The BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and approved all information regarding the service in electronic form.
2. The agreement becomes effective upon completion of payment.
3. Antalya Transfer Service may provide services directly or through its business partners.
4. No liability is accepted for delays caused by force majeure (weather conditions, traffic, accidents, etc.).
5. The BUYER is responsible for providing accurate information during booking.

RESERVATION AND CONFIDENTIALITY

After booking, a reservation code (PNR) will be provided. The BUYER is responsible for keeping this code confidential. Antalya Transfer Service is not responsible for misuse by third parties.

PAYMENT

Payments are processed through secure online payment systems. Antalya Transfer Service provides the infrastructure but is not responsible for issues arising from third-party payment providers.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES

- Cancellation 24 hours before transfer: 100% refund
- Cancellation between 24–12 hours: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 12 hours: no refund

All changes must be communicated via email. Changes made at least 12 hours before service are free of charge; otherwise, additional fees may apply.

SERVICE CONDITIONS

- Airport waiting time:
Domestic flights: max 45 minutes
International flights: max 60 minutes

- Pickup from hotel/address: max 15 minutes waiting time

After these limits, service may be canceled without refund.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Antalya Transfer Service is not responsible for:
- Traffic delays or weather conditions
- Accidents, injuries, or health issues
- Missed flights
- Lost luggage
- Additional transportation or accommodation costs

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Service may be refused in cases of:
- Passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Behavior threatening safety
- Failure to comply with driver instructions

No refund will be provided in such cases.

LUGGAGE

- Passengers may carry reasonable luggage
- Dangerous or prohibited items are not allowed
- The passenger is responsible for their belongings

TRANSPORT OF ANIMALS

Pets may be accepted with prior notice and required documentation. Dangerous animals are not permitted.

DATA PROTECTION

Personal data is processed and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Antalya courts shall have jurisdiction in case of disputes.

FINAL PROVISIONS

All users who purchase services via the website are deemed to have accepted the terms of this agreement.

The original version of this agreement is in Turkish. In case of discrepancies, the Turkish version shall prevail.
